ZX5 Series SCR Arc Welding Rectifier

ZX5 series SCR arc welding rectifier is a kind of

IGBT Inverter DC Arc Welding Machine
1. Features and usage
Inverter welding power source is one of the most
advanced welding resource which is growing in the international
market in 80's. This product uses IGBT module as the switch elements.
It features of little bulk and light in weight. The efficiency up
to 90% and the energy consumption is only 70% of the traditional
ones. The output wires up to over 100 meters and it is still has
the strong arc. At the same time, the welding current can be regulated
at a long distance flexibly and conveniently. The welding machine

2. Principle
Principe: AC of the power grid turns to the DC through
rectifying--pulse width modulation and inversion--step down by transformer--second
time rectifying--stable welding current.
The main composition is rectifying circuit, inverting
circuit, pulse width modulating circuit, sample reactive circuit,
high-frequency rectifying and filtering circuit and protective circuit.
