AC/DC Series Argon Tungston Pulsed Arc Welding Machine
WSME-315AC/DC serie argon tungston pulsed arc
welding machine is a kind of new multi-purpose welding machine using
the argon as the protective medium. It can weld various mild steel,
stainless steel, cooper, alloy and titanium for its F1.0~F4.0 tungsten
electrode. It specially adapts to aluminium, magnesium and its alloy.
1. The welding machine is stable
and reliable in function, convenient in regulation. Also: AC
and DC, constant current and pulse are both available in this machine.
It can weld various materials; and can also used in AC or DC manual
arc welding.
2. In AC welding, square wave current shall be adopted
and it features of fast speed of current crossover, stable arc,
no arc deviation caused by magnetic force , strong ability of arc
penetration and strong ability of self-arc stabilizing. So it can
reduce the harmful effects to the welding workers resulting from
ordinary argon arc welding machine.
3. In the weld of aluminium, magnesium and alloy,
there is no DC heft for the flexible regulation of semi-sphere current.
No need of capacitance to separate DC reduces the bulk and weight
of the welding. If necessary, it can be partially regulated purposely
to improve welding penetration and reduce tungsten electrode loss.
4. Pulse frequency can be regulated equalbly; peak
current and basic current can be regulated repectively; easy and
convenient in regulation.
5. It has the function of lifting and dropping slowly
and the slope can be regulated respectively to ensure the quality
of arcing and arc stopping .
6. It has the feature of vertical dropping to maintain
the stable current and welding quality.

WSM DC Argon Tungston Pulsed Arc
Welding Machine
Argon tungston pulsed arc welding machine is a kind
of manual welding machine with the tungston as the protective medium
and uses the Φ1.0-Φ4 tungsten electrode as the electrode. It can
be used in the weld of sheet metal and cut deal of mild steel, stainless
steel, titanium alloy, copper and copper.
This machine features of stable,
reliable, easy to regulating and:
1. Function of automatic protection to prevent the
accident.
2. Both constant current and pulse are available.
3. The cycle of pulse is stepless in pulse welding
and the peak current and basic current can be regulated repectively
which features of wide regulating range and reliable.
4. Continuous welding and tack-weld are both available
in this machine. In the large current welding, continous welding
mode can bring you the more satisfactory effect through the regulation
of lifting time and dropping time of the welding current. While,
the welding current is the setting current without lifting and dropping
time in the tack-weld mode through which the efficiency can be largely
improved.
5. It has automatic electricity saving function,
namely, when there is no the second time weld 2-3 minutes after
previous weld, the machine will automatically switch off the power
of main transformer until the next weld it will switch on automatically.

Using conditions:
The following conditions are suited:
Range of air temperature:
weld:+5℃~+40℃
Transportation and storage: +5℃~+55℃
2. The dust, acid, caustic gas or material is no
more than the normal value, except for the ones produced during
welding.
3.The altitute is no more than 1000 meters.
4. The capacity of power source shall be more than
20KVA and input cable shall be 3×6mm2.
5. Weld-used argon is required and it shall be over
99.9% in fineness.
6. Tap water or cooling water devices shall be adopts
in water cooling welding torch.
7. The welding machine shall be placed in the circumstance
with little damp, no large shake and keep over 50cm away from the
wall, combustible and explosive materials.
