After-sale Service：

1. In guarantee period:

a. Serve in 3 days in Beijing and 5 days outside. Negotiate with customer in special conditions.

b. Replace the products if the false exists after maintainance.

c. Withdrawal can be accepted within one month of purchase. It can be accompleted in the factory or the local sales office.

2. After guarantee period:

The expenses of parts and service shall be charged in the visiting service.
